Apartment No. 1 on the first floor offers approx. 55 m2 of harmoniously designed living space, fully furnished and ideal for up to three people. The bedroom is fitted with a comfortable double bed (1.40 m). In the living area, you’ll find bright tiled floors, large bay windows, a sofa bed, a desk, a wardrobe, and a complete media setup with SAT/TV, DVD player, HiFi system, and radio. For relaxing moments, a variety of books are also available.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a 4-plate electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, a dining table, and chairs. The bathroom features a modern shower, washbasin, and WC.

🧺 Building & Shared Amenities
The apartment house is divided into three levels and is very well maintained. In the basement, residents have access to a washing machine (available at €5 per wash), a dryer, and ironing facilities. Each apartment includes a personal cellar room, and underground parking is available for €50 per month.

The building also offers a shared garden with a barbecue area. A cleaning service is included every two weeks, with bed linen changed at the same interval. WiFi is also provided.
