Apartment No. 3 on the ground floor offers approx. 45 m2 of harmoniously designed living space, fully furnished and ideal for up to three people. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.40 m). In the living area, you will find bright tiled floors, large bay windows, a sofa bed, a desk, and a wardrobe, as well as a full media setup with SAT/TV, DVD player, HiFi system, and radio. For quiet hours, a selection of books is also available.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a 4-plate electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishes, dish towels, a dining table, and chairs. The bathroom is fitted with a modern shower, washbasin, and WC.

🧺 Building & Shared Amenities
The apartment house is divided into three levels and is very well maintained. In the basement, residents have access to a washing machine (available at €5 per wash), a dryer, and ironing equipment. A personal cellar room is included, and an underground parking space can be rented for €50 per month.

The house also offers a shared garden with a barbecue area. A weekly cleaning service is included in the rent, with bed linen changed every two weeks. WiFi is provided free of charge.
