Cleaning & maintenance: the apartment must be thoroughly cleaned and left in excellent condition upon departure. If not, cleaning and dry cleaning fees will be charged.

Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is strictly forbidden in the apartment and all common parts of the property. Smoking in the apartment incurs an additional cleaning fee of €500.
Rented out to private individuals or companies.
