According to current regulations, the following documentation is required:

Sworn statement confirming the rental is temporary, indicating one of the allowed periods

Proof of temporary activity, such as:

Professional or independent temporary activity

Two-month security deposit, as required by law

The apartment has always been well maintained by students, and 100% of deposits have always been returned (part immediately after departure and the remainder after inventory inspection).

Tenant Profile & House Rules

Suitable for 3 adults (21+ years old)

Clean, organized, and respectful tenants

Occasional visits from close friends or siblings are allowed once per month, for a maximum of 3 nights

Visitors may not use the kitchen as tenants

A symbolic fee of €15 per night applies to cover additional utility consumption
