This spacious three-bedroom apartment is located on the iconic Feria street, one of the most historic and authentic areas in the center of Seville.

Upon entering, a hallway leads to the bedrooms. The first bedroom features a double bed and is opposite the first full bathroom with a shower. Continuing down the hall, you’ll find the second bedroom with two single beds and a built-in wardrobe. At the end of the hall is the third bedroom, with a double bed, built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The hallway opens into a large and bright living room, flooded with natural light thanks to two small balconies overlooking Feria street. The living room is furnished with a 135 cm sofa bed, armchairs, Smart TV, and a dining table for six. The kitchen is open and connected to the living room, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.

Feria street is known for its authenticity and historic charm. In recent years, it has experienced significant growth, becoming one of the most exclusive and sought-after areas in Seville, offering unique cultural and gastronomic experiences.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
