The Santa Marta II apartment has an ideal location to visit the city of Seville. It is located in the Encarnacion area, a few meters from the main shopping streets in the city center and very close to the Metrosol Parasol (known as "Las Setas"). In addition, since the apartment is located in a quiet passage next to Santa Marta Square, it guarantees the safety and rest of our guests.

The apartment is completely renovated and decorated in an elegant and modern line with the total well-being of its occupants in mind. It consists of an elegant living room with a 1.35 * 1.90 m sofa bed and a small balcony with outdoor furniture where you can enjoy the wonderful weather of Seville. In this same room we find the open kitchen, equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The bedroom is exterior and has 2 single beds. The bathroom, spacious and with shower, is independent.

The apartment is ideal for couples or families with small children who want to discover Seville comfortably from one of the most beautiful and central corners of the city.

The booking of each (hidden) accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or (hidden), and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
