In the modern kitchen there is: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave with grill, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a complete crockery and cooking set. The beautiful and modern bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet is kept in brilliant white. As a free service, we also provide you with bed linen, towels, iron and ironing board, laundry basket, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner and much more. A washing machine and dryer are located in the house.
Description of the pricing: Warm rent including furniture including apartment costs, electricity and internet. Surcharge for second person 150 EUR. Oktoberfest flat rate 200 EUR. GEZ is paid by the tenant (currently approx. 18 EUR / month).
