This is a self-contained studio in Carabanchel, Madrid, with its own kitchen, own full bathroom and own washing machine. You share nothing with anyone: no queue for the shower, no one else's dishes, no cleaning rota. There are three independent studios on the floor and the only common space is a short hallway.

The place The studio is on the 14th floor, with open views over Madrid and a lot of natural light. It faces away from the street, so it is quiet. The building has a lift. Everything is furnished and equipped — bed, storage, kitchen with appliances, and a work area for studying. You arrive with a suitcase and you can start living the same day.

The neighbourhood Carabanchel is a real, lived-in Madrid neighbourhood, not a tourist area. Supermarkets, a pharmacy, gyms, bakeries and neighbourhood bars are all on the same street. It is considerably cheaper for daily life than the centre, which makes a genuine difference to a student budget over a full academic year — and you are still 15 minutes from Sol.
