Both bathrooms come with a toiletries kit including shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and hand soap, while the kitchen is stocked with a welcome kit featuring dishwasher liquid, a scourer, a multi-purpose cloth, and a rubbish bag. For hygiene reasons, no food items such as oil, salt, vinegar, sugar, coffee, or tea are provided.

Fully equipped with modern amenities, the flat offers a lift for easy access, air conditioning, portable fans, and hairdryer. The kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, coffee maker, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils. Additional appliances such as a dishwasher, washing machine with dryer, portable clothes horse, vacuum, iron, and ironing board ensure a convenient stay.
