On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living room and fully equipped kitchen, complete with an informal dining area. One double bed is also located on this floor, offering a semi-private sleeping area with a small sideboard and staircase. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine is conveniently located here as well.

Upstairs, a second bedroom features another double bed and a second bathroom (without a shower). Please note the loft has an electric heater for hot water—guests should be mindful of consecutive showers to avoid running out of hot water.

The loft is perfectly situated for exploring Madrid’s rich cultural and culinary scene. Within walking distance, enjoy the Royal Palace, Sabatini Gardens, and numerous tapas bars and international restaurants.
