The apartment features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, another with a single bed, and a bathroom. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, bed linen, and towels, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay.

Situated in Salamanca, the area is known for its luxury shops, gourmet restaurants, and elegant streets. The flat itself is modern and equipped with all essentials. It is located on the first floor, interior-facing, so it is not very bright but offers a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. An elevator is available for easy access.

The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and portable clothes horse. The flat also features heating via radiators and portable air conditioning fans. The living room includes a corner sofa, coffee table, TV, and dining area for four. Both bedrooms provide ample storage, with a double bed in one and a single bed in the other. The bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, towel dryer, and WC.

For transport, the Manuel Becerra metro station (Line 5) is just a five-minute walk, and nearby parking is available at Aparcamiento [P] Doctor Esquerdo 31, only two minutes away. Please note, the flat is located within Madrid’s ZONA SER, which enforces strict traffic restrictions; street parking is limited to two hours, so using a car park is recommended for longer stays.
