The apartment is 40 square meters and has 2 large balconies facing the street. The location of the apartment allows you to walk to all places of interest. The Plaza Mayor and the San Miguel Market a few meters away. Sol, Opera, La Latina, the Las Letras neighborhood, Chueca and the Museums are just a short walk away. There are restaurants, bars and a shopping area in the surroundings. It is fully equipped, free wifi, 32" TV.
It has 2 bedrooms, each bedroom with a 1.50x2 bed. It also has a double sofa bed in the living room. You can store your suitcases in the living room, in the cabinet under the TV so that space and comfort are the most important thing during your stay. It is delivered with bed linen and towels and has air conditioning and heating.

This apartment is not a touristic apartment, so it is not rented for touristic purposes. It is only rented for seasonal rentals for work, studies, etc. The tenant will need to sign a seasonal rental contract, which will be provided before accessing the apartment. This contract will mainly reflect the conditions agreed upon in the reservation, the reason for the rental (it cannot be for vacation or tourist reasons), and the prohibition of subletting and of carrying out works.
