We have a patio on the ground floor, which is accessible and shared by all apartments, a pleasant place to socialize with your co-livers.

Pets are welcome in the studios, as long as they are well-behaved, do not damage the furniture, and do not disturb other colivers. We want everyone—both humans and animals—to enjoy a pleasant living environment. (There is a suplement of 50€/month per pet)

The studio has clima control with aerothermy, that creates a mild teperature (it is not electric airconditioning)

Payments upon confirmation: 1000eur security deposit, first month through Housinganywhere, last month directly with the property.

Published rate is for one person second person suplement: 150€ (there is only one bed 1,35cm)
Kitchenware and sheets and linen are available under suplement (please check the rates with us)

This studio may be located on the first or second floor (depending on availability), there are stairs, there is no elevator.
