MONTHLY RENTAL
Exterior apartment with two-bedroom balconies, for rent located in the heart of Malasaña, central Madrid, a few minutes from Gran Vía.
This great apartment is fully furnished and equipped. It has a double room with a double bed and another double room with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen equipped with kitchen utensils, a refrigerator, an oven, among others, necessary for your comfort. In addition, it has the basic elements to make your stay more pleasant, such as TV, washing machine, iron, among others.
It is perfectly located in the famous Malasaña neighborhood, in the Center of Madrid. You can find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. This is one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Madrid, it will also be close to places of interest such as Plaza Dos de Mayo, Madrid History Museum and Museum of Romanticism. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city using public transport, being the closest metro station Quevedo (L2) and San Bernardo (L2, L4) Bilbao metro (L1 and L4), just 10 minutes walk to Gran Vía, along to Malasaña and Plaza de Olavide.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
