The apartment is perfectly located in one of the best areas of Madrid, minutes from Plaza España, in the Arguelles district. You will be able to find all the basic services around, such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops, parks, pharmacies and more. It will also be close to places of interest such as Plaza de España , Royal Palace of Madrid , Deblod Temple , Gran Vía , among others. Also, you can get to know the rest of the city using public transport, the closest metro station being Plaza España (L3-10), Santo Domingo (L2), Ventura Rodríguez (L3) and several bus lines such as 46, 75, 148, 1, 2, 44, 74, 75, 133, 148, N18, N19, N20, N21.

ADMINISTRATION FEE (mandatory and not refundable)
The administration fee depends on the duration of the contract:
- From 6 to 11 months: 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain]
- From 3 to 6 months: 80% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].
- From 1 to 3 months: 70% of 1 month’s rent +VAT [21% in Spain].

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation
(Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in)

BOOKING PROCESS: After the reservation is confirmed, you will be required to pay the remaining payments before the handover of the keys.

EARLY-BOOKING POLICY (requests 2 months in advance)
If you are planning to book an occupied apartment more than 2 months in advance, we cannot confirm the availability yet (The current tenants have the right to extend their stay). Please, get in contact with us 2 months before your move-in date.
