The bedroom provides a quiet retreat for restful nights, while the sofa bed offers additional sleeping space. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals and includes a spacious dining area. Additional amenities include a bathroom kit with shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and hand soap, as well as a kitchen welcome kit with dishwasher detergent, scourer, multipurpose cloth, and garbage bag. For hygiene reasons, no food products are provided. 🍳

Appliances include an oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, and hairdryer, along with heating, air conditioning, a boiler, and ceiling fans for year-round comfort.

Centrally located, the flat is in the vibrant Malasaña/Noviciado neighborhood, surrounded by bars, restaurants, and cultural attractions. Metro access is convenient, with Noviciado (Line 2) and Tribunal (Lines 1 and 10) nearby. For drivers, street parking is not allowed in MADRID CENTRAL, so advance reservations at nearby public parking facilities, such as "Pl. del Conde del Valle de Súchil" or Indigo - Quevedo, are recommended.
