It offers all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Please note that the flat is on the first floor, interior, with a lift, and is not very bright.

The living room is spacious and modern, featuring a comfortable sofa bed for relaxing after a day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essentials for preparing home-cooked meals, including a fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, and cooking utensils. The bedrooms provide restful sleeping arrangements, and the bathroom comes with a shower and toiletries. Additional amenities include heating and air conditioning, a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, washing machine, microwave, and hairdryer, ensuring a convenient and pleasant stay.

Please note that the flat is within Madrid Central, which enforces strict traffic restrictions; private vehicle access requires DGT approval, and parking must be reserved in advance.
