Welcome to our cozy attic, the perfect retreat for two guests in the vibrant heart of Madrid. The space features a comfortable double bed and is bright and quiet despite being in the city centre, just a few meters from Gran Vía. Please note that the sloping ceiling limits height in some areas, except in the living room, adding a charming attic character to the space.

The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, including Wi-Fi, a coffee machine, bed linen, and towels. The bathroom comes with fresh linens and a toiletries set (shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper, and hand soap), while the kitchen includes a welcome kit with dishwasher liquid, scourer, cloth, and rubbish bag. Additional amenities include a lift, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, iron, ironing board, hairdryer, heating (radiators and heat pump), and air conditioning.

The flat is just a 4-minute walk from Chueca Metro Station (Line 5) and Gran Vía Metro Station (Lines 1 and 5). Nearby parking options include “Public Parking and Residents” (4 minutes) and “Parking Gravina 21” (5 minutes).
