It has an open living / dining area including work / breakfast bar, separate kitchen, bathroom with bathtub, a bedroom with a large double bed (can be converted into twin beds) and a large balcony.

The apartment is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, bed linen, towels and much more.

• Located right in the city center of Ludwigshafen, with a wide range of shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity
• 250 m from Berliner Platz (central point for trams and buses)
• Close to BASF (Gates 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 11 can be reached directly via tram line 7)
• Close to Abbvie (approx.. 800 m, also tram line 6)
• Close to Mannheim city center (one tram station to Mannheim HBF)
• Five-minute walk to the Rhein-Galerie shopping center and the Rhine
• Parking spaces can be rented daily / monthly in the underground car park opposite to the building

The Price is a monthly rent (Basis 1-2 people), The rent is a flat rate and includes the costs for electricity, water, heating, TV cable connection (over 170 channels), WLAN Internet connection and radio fees. No annual utility statement. There is a one-time 100 EUR final cleaning fee.
No loud noises or disturbances allowed during these times: 1pm to 2:30 pm and from 10 pm to 7am. BBQ on the balcony is not allowed.
