Hello everyone,

Due to work commitments, I am currently living in Berlin and would like to sublet my apartment during this time.

The apartment features two rooms, a balcony, and a separate kitchen. It can be rented either unfurnished or fully furnished (see photos). It has been extensively renovated and offers a high-quality, well-maintained living space.

The apartment has beautiful hardwood floors and is stylishly furnished with designer furniture. It also includes a washing machine, a dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large SMEG refrigerator and a dishwasher.

The base rent is €1,230 per month. Additional costs of €220 per month cover all standard operating expenses, including high-speed internet (250 Mbps).

A monthly flat rate of €150 is charged for electricity and gas. If the actual consumption is lower, the difference will of course be refunded. If consumption exceeds this amount, the additional costs will be charged accordingly.

This results in a total monthly rent of €1,600, including all ongoing expenses.

The sublet is initially planned for 5 months, with the possibility of extending the rental period by mutual agreement. Registration of your address (Anmeldung) is also possible.
