• The indicated rent is all-inclusive for 1 person. For a second person, a surcharge of €50/month applies.
• Electricity included of up to 200 kWh/month per tenant. Any additional usage may be charged separately.
• The final cleaning will be charged according to actual effort, ca. €200. The final invoice amount from the cleaning company will be deducted from the security deposit.
