Weekly rental: +50% surcharge, payable upon arrival

Daily rental: +100% surcharge, payable upon arrival

Minimum stay: 1 month

Maximum stay: 6 months (renewable in 6-month cycles depending on availability)

👫 Couples Welcome:
If rented by a couple, a light guest bed including one set of bed linen and towels will be provided.
An additional flat fee of €6/day applies for the second person.
