● Guest Support: Our guest support team is available daily from 9 a.m. to midnight to assist you with anything you may need during your stay.
● Extra Services: Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
● Check-out Policy: A 30-minute grace period is allowed after the official check-out time of 11 a.m. After that, a late check-out fee may apply.
● House Rules Enforcement: Charges may apply for damage to furniture, including the sofa, or for hosting unauthorised guests.
