The Space:

It includes a comfortable sofa that converts into a double bed, a flat-screen TV with Netflix, and an open-plan dining area with plenty of space for meals and gatherings.
✔ Fully-Equipped Kitchen: The modern kitchen comes with a stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric kettle, and all the cutlery and flatware you need for up to 6 guests.
✔ Bathroom & Separate Toilet: The bathroom offers a sink and a relaxing bathtub with a shower head, while the toilet is in a separate room for added convenience.
✔ Comfortable Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds and spacious wardrobes, offering plenty of storage and comfort for a restful night’s sleep.
✔ Included Cleaning Service: Bi-weekly cleaning service with linen exchange is included, ensuring your stay is always fresh and tidy (available for stays of 28 days or more).

Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we're happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.


Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.
● For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

We’re happy to welcome small dogs (under 13 kg)! Approval is required to ensure everyone enjoys their stay.

Here’s what you need to know:

Pets Accepted: Small dogs under 13 kg only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate cats or other pets.

Approval Process: Let us know your dog’s breed, size, and any relevant details for pre-approval.

Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required to cover any potential damages or extra cleaning.

Guest Responsibility: We kindly ask that your dog is well-behaved, house-trained, and does not disturb the neighbors.
