The living-dining room is fully equipped with a comfortable sofa, which offers space for an overnight guest. A dining table with 3 chairs. Furthermore, there is a 55-inch Smart TV with Internet IP. The open kitchen (integrated into the living area) is equipped with a stylish fitted kitchenette with all important appliances, such as an oven, induction hob with extractor hood (4 cooking zones), a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer combination. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a desk, office chair, and single bed (90 x 190cm), and can be equipped with a bed (120/140x200) upon request & extra costs. Opposite is the associated dressing room / storage room.
The following linen is provided: duvets, bed linen, towels, and pillows.
If rented by a family with a small child, a high chair and various toys may be available by arrangement, but this is not guaranteed.
Bedrooms and living room are equipped with blinds or curtains.

The bright bathroom has a large window and a bathtub with shower function, as well as a modern vanity unit with drawers and an anti-fog mirror. A separate guest toilet with vanity unit including drawer and mirror is also available.
Shared washing machine in the laundry room (extra cost)
A drying room in the basement can be used for drying laundry.

The furnished and temporary rental of the apartment is ideal for business people, 1-2 colleagues, couples or small families who work temporarily in Hamburg for professional reasons or are looking for a temporary residence for relocation purposes.

Rental period:
Minimum 3 months is mandatory.
