This 3-room fully equipped Altbau apartment (historical building from the early 20th century) is located on a quiet corner in the charming backstreets between Osterstraße and Lutterothstraße. This light-filled apartment is situated on 4th floor with views from all rooms to the scenic surroundings.

Customary of this type of apartment, high ceilings feature throughout and wooden floorboards run through all living spaces, providing a warm and homely environment.

The apartment has a 1.6m double bed in the m(hidden)edroom along with plenty of storage space for clothes and a view of the TV Tower. The study has a large and comfortable set-up for home office while also allowing for the opportunity of an additional single bed / second bedroom / guestroom to be set-up if required.
