Unser zweiter Standort in Hamburg liegt mitten in Eimsbüttel - in der schönen und ruhigen Heckscherstraße. Eimsbüttel ist selbst randvoll bester Adressen und wird von Eppendorf, der Sternschanze und auch St. Pauli umarmt.

Besonderheit des Hauses ist der Loft-Charakter, der durch bodentiefe, lichte Fensterfronten erlebbar ist. Zum Komfort zählen neben den digitalen Angeboten auch eine Tiefgarage, Ladestationen für Elektro-Mobilität, ein Waschraum sowie Wäsche- und Reinigungsservice. Hier möchte man eines unserer ipartments haben, das Auto gegen eines der Leihbikes tauschen und anfangen zu leben.

Wer sich ins Getümmel stürzen will, kommt an der Osterstraße, Eimsbüttels Hauptstraße, nicht vorbei. Hier gibt es Restaurants, Cafés, Bars, Boutiquen, und Szene-Läden. Aber es lohnt sich auch besonders die kleineren Straßen abzuklappern und dort in den vielen kleinen Geschäften zu stöbern. Grundsätzlich gilt: Kaffeeliebhaber und Genussmenschen kommen in Eimsbüttel definitiv voll auf ihre Kosten.

Our second location in Hamburg is in the middle of Eimsbüttel - in the beautiful and quiet Heckscherstraße. Eimsbüttel itself is full of the best addresses and is embraced by Eppendorf, the Sternschanze and also St. Pauli.

A special feature of the building is its loft character, which can be experienced through floor-to-ceiling, light-filled window (hidden) addition to the digital offerings, comforts include an underground parking garage, charging stations for electric mobility, a laundry room, and laundry and cleaning services.
