Particularly noteworthy is the large window, which faces the quiet backyard. The two windows of the flat have been renewed in January 2021 and meet the latest standards. The floor in light wood optics is also freshly laid.

Those who like to be in the countryside will get their money's worth here: the Boberger Niederungen nature reserve is right on the doorstep and invites you to linger with its bathing lake.
