RENTAL CONDITIONS:
- Object available from July 1st 2023
- The property can initially be rented for a limited period for at least 1day up to 2 months, after the 2 months it can be extended.
- Property for up to 2 people, preferably 1 person
- Deposit of 1 gross monthly rents
- The tenant must have personal liability insurance
- Tenant must have regular income (proof required)
