Die Kostenberechnung ist für 1 Person. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 4 Monate. Dekoartikel können variieren und sind nicht bindet wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Kontaktlose 24/7 Schlüsselübergabe möglich. Schlüsselsafe sowie Einzugsanleitung sind vorhanden.

Ausstattung: Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Ein LED-TV mit Sat Anschluss sowie eine kleine Kofferküche incl. Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle und Herd sind Teil dieses Apartments. Eigener Telefonanschluss ist möglich. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockenmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Für die gesamte Mietdauer stellen wir bei Bedarf ein City-Fahrrad zur Verfügung, welches im Mietpreis enthalten ist.
