Die Kostenberechnung ist für 1 Person. Die Mindestmietdauer beträgt 4 Monate. Eine Begrenzung der Mietlänge gibt es nicht. Kontaktlose 24/7 Schlüsselübergabe möglich. Schlüsselsafe sowie Einzugsanleitung sind vorhanden.

Ausstattung: Das Apartment ist komplett ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Ein Smart-TV mit Sat Anschluss sowie eine kleine Einbauküche incl. Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und 2er Induktionskochfeld sind Teil dieses Apartments. Eigener Telefonanschluss ist möglich. Das Badezimmer wurde als Glaskubus in die Wohnung integriert und stellt ein besonderes Highlight dar. Das Sofa kann in kürzester Zeit zu einem Bett mit Lattenrost und Matratze umfunktioniert werden. Im Keller stehen Waschmaschinen und Trockenmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Für die gesamte Mietdauer stellen wir bei Bedarf ein City-Fahrrad zur Verfügung, welches im Mietpreis enthalten ist.
