Plates, glasses and pots are also rented out in the inventory. The second room, is furnished as a bedroom and office. Here you will find a 180x200m double bed, cupboards and a desk. The bathroom, has just been completely renovated and has a large shower. Electricity and gas heating costs are included in the rent. TV and Internet is provided as desired.

Bachstraße is located directly near the Bilker Arkaden. Thus, all shopping facilities are within walking distance. Also a suburban train station can be reached within 2 minutes. The motorways A46 and A57 are not far away and are easily accessible by car.

Die hier angebotene sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung befindet sich im wunderschönen Stadtteil Bilk. Sie ist voll möbliert und inklusive aller Nebenkosten sowie inklusive eines in den Hinterhof gelegenen sonnigen Balkon zu mieten. Die Wohnung teilt sich auf zwei Zimmer auf.
