Es gibt einen Aufzug im Gebäude und man kann es barrierefrei in das Apartment gelangen.

Das Apartment befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe von der Fußgängerzone und hat eine hervorragende Anbindung mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in alle Richtungen.

An apartment is about 40 m2 in size, consits of one large room with sleeping accommodation for four people (a bed for two people and a pull-out sofa bed also for two people), a little balcony, separate kitchen and bathroom with a bathtub.

TV, washing machine, WiFi are available in the apartment.

The kitchen is separated from the living room with a sliding door. It is fully equipped (oven and stove, kettle and toaster, and dishes).

There is an elevator in the building and you can get to the apartment barrier-free.

The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the pedestrian zone and has excellent public transport connections in all directions.
