This is a very nice and cozy apartment close to the TU Dortmund and ISM.

Ca. 40 m2 in size and has two floors: there is a living room, kitchen and little balcony, bathroom on the 1st floor and the bedroom and desk are on the 2nd floor.

The apartment is completely furnished and equipped with all necessary items.

Washing machine is available in the kitchen.

There is an elevator in the building and there is access to a nice sunny terrace.
