Vor dem Haus ist die Straße voller Leben. Es gibt süße Cafés, Restaurants, Bars, Spätis, Parks und vieles in unmittelbarer Laufnähe (Second Hand, Supermarkt). In der Wohnung ist es aber sehr ruhig, da sie im Hinterhaus liegt.

- Als Park haben wir die Straße runter 3 Min einen kleinen Mini Park. "Tür zu Tür" zum großen Treptower Park sind es 10 Min.
- Viele Clubs auch nah (Club Ost, Renate, Else, Berghain, ...)
- Bestens angebunden durch die Station Ostkreuz, hier gibt es Ring und S-Bahn

The flat enjoys a very good connection to the airport (15/20 min), or to other popular districts like Kreuzberg, Neukölln or Mitte. Clubs like Renate, Else, Berghain and others are also very close.

The street in front of the house is full of life. There are restaurants, bars, late-night pubs, parks and much more within walking distance (second-hand shops, supermarkets). The flat is very quiet as it is located in the rear building.
