Attention: Students should note special regulations regarding payment guarantees or advance payment of the entire rent.

Note: The apartment is available for rent on the 1st-4th floor.

The builidng has a laundry room wiht washing machines and dryers.
They can be used from the tenants for a small fee.

Please be advised that moving in is restricted to working days, Monday to Friday (from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and moving out is only possible at the end of the month. We are open to customizing your request based on your preferences.
