I am offering my fully furnished and lovingly designed apartment in Berlin Prenzlauer Berg for approximately 3–4 weeks in July. The apartment is bright and spacious, featuring two balconies, high ceilings, and a carefully curated interior with designer furniture and thoughtful details throughout. The fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and comfortable living spaces make it ideal for both remote work and everyday living.

The apartment offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere while providing all the comforts needed for a short stay in Berlin. It is best suited for one person or a couple looking for a temporary home rather than a holiday rental.

Located in one of Berlin’s most desirable neighborhoods, the apartment is surrounded by beautiful cafés, restaurants, bakeries, boutiques, and local markets. Despite being in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg, the area is quiet and residential.

Excellent public transport connections provide quick access to Mitte, Kreuzberg, Charlottenburg, and other parts of the city. Popular green spaces such as Mauerpark and Volkspark Friedrichshain are within easy reach, making it a wonderful base for enjoying Berlin in the summer.

I am looking for a responsible, respectful, and tidy tenant who will enjoy and care for the apartment during my absence. The rental is available for a fixed period in July only.
