The Condition – Cat Care 🐱
You will share the flat with my calm cat, who has a walking disability. No medical skills needed, just a simple routine:
Medication: A pill 2x a day (mixed with food).
Hygiene: Changing her absorbing disposable mats (inside her bed) 2 times a week.
Washing: Only needed about once a week.
The routine takes very little time and is compatible with working full-time / sight-seeing. I’ll show you everything at the viewing.
The Flat:
Furnished living/bedroom, balcony, kitchen (washing machine + dishwasher), separate wardrobe/study.
No active home Wi-Fi: You must use your own mobile hotspot. Rent is heavily discounted due to this and the cat care.
Conditions & Legal Status:
Rent: 700 €/month (All-inclusive fixed price).
Deposit: 700 €.
100% legal partial sublet approved by the landlord. ID/passport copy required for official registration.
