Following the completion of the booking, residents are required to submit copies of their ID card, employment contract, and salary certificate for verification. Special regulations apply for students, necessitating national guarantees or advance payment of the entire rent. Upon request, we are pleased to issue a landlord's certificate.

Move-ins are limited to working days (Monday to Friday, from 09 a.m. to 5 p.m.), and move-outs are scheduled for the end of the month. Customized requests can be considered.
