The apartment is not far from Charlottenburg Palace. The large park of the castle is ideal for walking or jogging.

The bus routes 109 and M49 and also the U7 (stop: Richard-Wagner-Platz) are nearby. Within 10 minutes you are by bus at the Kudamm and by bike at the TU Berlin.

A deposit is required. The rent including all utilitiy costs is 1600 Euro / month. Due to Ukraine crisis, the surcharge for a monthly heating consumption of more than 180 Euro/month must be borne by the tenant himself. Electricity consumption of more than 150 euros per month must also be paid by the tenant himself.
