Modern, bright apartment in peaceful Karlshorst

-Beautiful old-building charm with 3.5 m high ceilings, decorative stucco, and well-maintained original wooden floorboards
-The apartment is 55 m2, fully furnished, and has a small, charming balcony
-Located in a quiet, family-friendly area with hardly any street noise
-The living room features a large sofa, a flat-screen TV with Google Chromecast, a vintage record player, and a spacious glass dining table
-A fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, stove with oven, and a washer-dryer combo
-The bedroom has a box-spring bed (180 × 200 cm)
-The bathroom includes a small bathtub suitable for both bathing and showering
-Wi-Fi is available
-A second set of bed linen and towels is provided
-Cleaning supplies are also provided.

Since I’ll only be away for one month, some personal belongings will remain stored in my wardrobe, which will be locked during the sublet.
However, there is a dresser available for your clothes and personal items (see picture).
Residents may also use the shared green courtyard behind the building.

The apartment can be rented by 1–2 persons for the duration of the sublet.


House rules:
To ensure everyone in the building feels comfortable, please note the following:

-No parties or large gatherings
-Non-smoking apartment
-Pets unfortunately not allowed

The neighbors are very relaxed, and I’d love to keep it that way :)
