*Early termination before the end of the agreed rental period is not possible. An exception is if you have been Ex-matriculated or have finished your studies. This must be proven within 2 weeks.
** Tenants must vacate the apartment one week before the end of their rental period to allow time for cleaning and maintenance before the next tenant moves in, unless they are extending their stay.
A small pro-rata discount will be automatically applied to the final month's rent and shown on the invoice.
