Spacious 1.5 bedroom furnished apartment in hip and central neighborhood. Public transport and a huge public park nearby.
The apartment is fully furnished. It has a spacious living room and a bedroom room divided by a wing door, the office space is separated in the bedroom. A big and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a rain shower and a storage room. Additionally there is a balcony. All rooms have very high ceilings, a typical "Berlin Altbau".
The apartment comes with high speed wifi, dish washer, washing machine, a dryer, iron, toaster, freezer and refrigerator, smart tv, balcony, desk with monitor, kingsize bed, sofa (can be transformed into a guest bed) , dining table and hammock.
The apartment is located centrally only 5 minutes away from various public transport options (Ringbahn) and subway. Various bus stations are nearby.
Plenty great restaurants are in walking distance, next to the apartment you can buy beverages and snacks, in front there is a bakery as well. At least three supermarkets are within a 10 minutes walking distance.
Right around the corner there is a big beautiful park which can be used for picnic, a walk or run. We added two fotos as well :)

We will be traveling and you can stay from 1st December 2025 till 27th January 2026.
