The apartment includes three distinct rooms:

- A bedroom with a king-size bed
- A home office featuring a workstation and a day bed (convertible to a single bed)
- A living room with direct access to a rooftop terrace

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, and the bathroom features both a shower & bathtub, plus in-unit washer.

History lovers will appreciate the nearby Stasi Museum, offering a powerful glimpse into Cold War-era East Germany. For something more lively, the Dong Xuan Center—Berlin’s largest Asian market—is a trove of food stalls and shops.

Lichtenberg is exceptionally well connected with easy access to S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams, and buses. You'll be 2 stops from Friedrichshain and 15–20 minutes from Alexanderplatz, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Cleaning Policy:
Price includes a one time cleaning fee upon check-out. Also, we can negotiate a mid-stay clean if wanted (if 1 month or longer). No smoking indoors.

No house parties:
This is our only home so please make sure that you treat it with love and don’t throw parties.

Plant watering:
Our home has plants (inside and out) so we kindly ask to water them once a week depending on the weather.
