The flat is very sunny, bright, and quiet. It is located on the 5 floor with the lift.

It is a 1-room flat. There is no extra bed room and extra living room. There is a extra kitschen. But the sleeping bed and the dining table , TV all you see on the pictures is all in one room. So the living room includes the bed.

Good connections to Mitte: Bus 200 1 min walk, 10 min walk to U-Bahn Wittenbergplatz and S-Bahn Zoo , good Shopping KadeWe, Kurfürstendamm.
central heating. Fully furnished and fully equiped kitchen for living, including towels and bedclothes. Deposit in addition to the rent is 2000 euro, to be returned when there is no damage, within 3 weeks after the rent is finished.
No smoking and no pets allowed. The Rent is calculated for a single occupant. For the second person is an extra fee of 50 euro. Maximum of 2 person is possible to rent. Well suited for couples.

The Flat is available for 4-6 months.

Electricity , Internet, and GEZ are not included in the rent.

The costs of the internet is 40 euro. Internet need to be ordered, it will take around 2 weeks.

The electricity cost can be optionally taken on the own contract.

The extra costs like electricity and internet can be also taken over by the tenant by taking Anmeldung für electricity and/or Internet on their own account. So probably can be less cost by efficient usage of electricity.
