the apartment is located in a very nice area of Berlin, and it is very well connected to public transport, Tram: M2, M10, S-Bahn 7 min walk, U-Bahn Eberswalder Str. 12min walk.

It's on the 1st floor of the building, with large beautiful windows oriented S-W, therefore being very bright. In summer, the balcony, being at the level of the green trees brunches, gives a beautiful romantic perspective to the outside.

I am an Architect and the living space is a very important topic for me. The goal when renovating this apartment was to create spaces that transition from one another, each of them having a different character and ambience using colours and materials that create a beautiful living atmosphere.

The flat has high ceilings and still some of the original ceiling details and it works with colour and materials to create various atmospheres in different areas of the apartment.

The living room is organised so that one can walk freely around the sofa/TV area and the dining area in direct contact with the Kitchen.
The kitchen is fully equipped: an oven, ceramic stove, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, crockery and all necessary kitchen utensils.

The second room is beautifully divided by the reflective wardrobe into a sleeping area with a double bed and a bright working space.

The apartment has high-speed WiFi and a smoke alarm.
