The separate sleeping area has a large double bed. This is built-in as a loft bed and is easily accessible via the practical stairs. Due to this space-saving concept, two additional armchairs and closets fit under the sleeping area, which offers enough space for the clothes of both tenants.

The separate kitchen has everything a tenant could want: a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a coffee maker, as well as cutlery and dishes.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, a mirror and a sink. In addition, towels, as well as a hairdryer, are ready for the tenant. In addition, there is conveniently a washing machine for free use by the tenant in the apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located in the beautiful Kreuzberg. Due to the good location, the connection to the public transport network is also ideal.
