Welcome to Studio 37, a designed apartment just recently renovated and combines the distinctive charm of an Altbau flat with contemporary elements. The studio emanates a luminous, airy, and serene ambiance achieved through the careful manipulation of surfaces and natural light by our architect,

It features concealed storage options and design furniture pieces, all seamlessly integrated to ensure a fully optimized work and life living experience. The queen-size box spring bed is separated from the rest of the studio by light curtains, providing a peaceful sleeping environment.

The space seamlessly integrates with the kitchen. The kitchen is well-equipped with utilities and electric supplies. Abundant shelves are available for storing all essential equipment. Additionally, a modular working area has been planned. The bathroom boasts ceiling-high tiles, storage shelving, and a large LED mirror cabinet.

The apartment is best suited for a single individual or a couple. Anmeldung is provided.
