Very quiet apartment in the middle of Mitte near Alexanderplatz (3 minutes walk). Well equipped with Internet (WiFi), flat screen TV, washing machine, fitted kitchen, huge balcony over two rooms (8 feet long!), 3 rooms with double and/or single beds.

The apartment is very bright and incredibly quiet. Listen to the heart of mid morning the chirping of birds and enjoy the home as a relaxing start and end point for exciting day in the capital.

You can register at this address (anmeldung). Depending on how long you’re staying in Germany, you may have to register your house address at the local citizens’ office (Bürgeramt).

The bathroom has a bathtub that is also suitable for showering. For a floorplan of the whole apartment, please see the pictures. Depending on occupancy, some beds can be added or removed (max. 6 beds). If required, the third bedroom can also be used as a living room.

The indicated price refers to an occupancy of the apartment with up to two persons. For each additional person 100,- Euro per person and month will be charged. The advance payments for the consumption costs of water (cold/warm), heating (gas) and energy generally covers the costs for normal, customary consumption. If the consumption costs exceed the advance payments due to excess consumption, the difference must be paid by the tenant (rule of reasonableness). This agreement ensures that water and energy are used in a sustainable manner.
