The apartment is prepared with bed linen and towels at the start of the tenancy.

Alarm system and assistance in case of security-related incidents.

Utility management
Utilities are calculated based on actual consumption.
At the end of the tenancy, usage is reviewed and any difference is settled accordingly.

Deposit guidance
Clear administrative explanation of the deposit return process,

Assistance with tenancy-related practical matters to ensure a smooth and organised stay.

The Serviced Apartment Membership is a separate service agreement from the rental contract.
It covers administrative management, communication, and coordination only.
It does not include hospitality, cleaning, or touristic services.
In case of discrepancy, the contract in Catalan or Spanish prevails. Translations are for reference only.
